Richard Stephens

Richard Stephens FCIArb FBCS Fellow of the Society for Computers & Law practised for some 40 years as a solicitor becoming known especially in the last dozen or so years for his annual Update on Contract Law delivered to literally thousands of lawyers every year and also for his book “Stephens on Contractual Indemnities” - the only book aimed at practitioners dealing with the vast case-law on the almost ubiquitous indemnity seen in just about every modern commercial contract. Richard has now retired from practice to focus on his training activities as well as continuing his role as mediator and arbitrator in complex technology disputes.
